STEM-related teachers receive 100% reimbursement of $150 fee upon satisfactory completion of all requirements. Other non-STEM related teachers receive 50% reimbursement of $150 fee.

Participant driven - math teachers may be placed in accounting offices and/or at CNC employers to observe how their subject teaching relates to local employer needs.
Pre-work/post-work materials requiredEducator submits written lesson plan, social service agency visit summary, host employer's thoughts on the program, and their "take-aways" from the experience. These are all published in a bound book that the Superintendent, Principal and Educator receive.
