Career Education & Work Academic Standards: Crosswalks
Pennsylvania Academic Standards Crosswalk
Two sets of crosswalks have been developed to support the integration of the career education and work standards into the other Pennsylvania Academic Standards.
The Core Academic Standards Crosswalk identifies the CEW standards that are met when the listed standards in the other academic area are fully accomplished. Standards and anchors are listed where available.
The Extended Academic Standards Crosswalk identifies the CEW standards that can be met through the careful selection and introduction of a topic directly related to the CEW standard.
Benchmarks are set at grades three, five, eight and eleven. All educators must support the development of the skills and knowledge that lead to benchmark attainment to ensure that all students attain the standards as identified.
3rd Grade CEW Benchmarks
Benchmarks at the third grade level focus on exploration, recognition, and description. Available for view in PDF or for download as a Word document.
